My wife came here because her older machine was having an issue with operating. The two gentlemen in the store were very nice and attentive. The shop is loaded with sewing machines and vintage items. The issue with my wife’s sewing machine was taken care of quickly and at an affordable price.

This is a fantastic shop filled with capable, knowledgeable gentlemen who do great work. I brought in three machines to be serviced, including an antique and a commercial model I've had trouble finding someone to service in the past, and they did a very thorough job on all of them for a great price. Everyone there is so friendly and delightful to speak with. I'm definitely trusting them with all my machines from now on!

Stopped by today to have my Consew serviced. Nick was straight to the point about why I was having issues with the machine. Super knowledgeable and he spent time to show me the ins and outs. They also had an industrial Juki machine set up. He let me sew on it with various materials and threads and I was sold. Being able to see hands on was so great. He loaded it up in my car, table and all, and I was sewing again in an hour. I wish I found this shop sooner but they’ve got me as a patron for life.
It was also a delight to talk with his father who was there. Fully recommend.

Thank you! Thank you! While visiting the area on our Boat SV So Much More... I was working on a sewing project and pulled out my serger only to discover the plug/foot pedal was missing. On our walks around the area I had notice your shop and stopped in previously and was impressed with the variety of machine parts and friendliness. When I discovered my missing and vital part, I thought of you and called to see if you had a replacement cord. You said "YES!" I packed up my serger and made trek to the store. It took a few moments to find the correct cord/pedal, we plugged into my machine to make sure it worked, I did a little happy dance! ? I am grateful. The price was very reasonable. If we had been staying longer I would have had both my serger and sewing machine serviced with you. I like to serge my quilts as it makes it easier to sew the binding on.

Well I know why this place has such amazing reviews. I stopped in yesterday with my machine, prepared to drop it off for fixing. The kind gentleman who helped me took a couple min out to test it, show me a couple tricks and tell me what I was doing wrong. This was AMAZING given I had been using this machine for almost 13 years and couldn’t understand what had gone wrong! I was prepared to spend a pretty penny to fix it too. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my machine here if it really was broken. It’s obvious they are so good at what they do.

Just another positive review to add to Ember's already stellar rating! Tina and Jeff Burris here. If it were not for these guys, we'd be out of luck! Thank you Nick, Jay, and George for being so awesome! We had purchased a new Consew 206rb5 that was super tight and we were way out of our league when it came to adjusting it. These guys got our little beast running great and we are now able to sew just fine with it. Additionally, both times we were there, they had several customers but still were polite, professional and happy to answer our questions! And the fact that there were several customers there both times means they have customers! and loyal ones at that!

Found online, closest folks (who answer the phone) who work on industrial machines.

I’ve visited other shops that advertised they worked with industrials, but each one, upon visiting, declined to help. It’s clear they do not actually work on them.

Ember, on the other hand, actually DOES work on them. They stayed late getting me set up with a table/motor for my machine and ensured I had everything I needed (including information) before I left. They know what they’re doing, they’re interested in the customer and they’re very personable to boot. Their prices are good, but their service and expertise are the clincher.

They’re a long way away from my home, but I feel fortunate to have run across these guys. Looking forward to my next visit already!

This business did a fast and thorough job of servicing a Necchi machine so I could donate it to Rainbows End and they in turn donate it to Pinellas County teachers for their classrooms. I've never worked with a more kind and generous business.
