Even before coming in for the procedure and starting the appointment process Mandy(brow artist) was professional, kind, and thorough with how the process would be. She answered all my questions and made me feel at ease with going through the process. She was communicative leading up to the appointment for questions I came across. Day of the appointment she again was very professional very polite. Coming in the work space was clean and organized. She explained the whole process once more and asked if I had any questions. When doing the mapping of my eyebrow she was gentle and i could tell she was trying to get every detail which was appreciated. The mapping of the brows alone left me speechless. They looked amazing and she hadn't even began the procedure. Throughout time she would explain what she was going to do next and what she was trying to achieve regarding shape, pigment , structure and asked for my input as well regarding what it was I wanted. When the procedure began she was super gentle, the tattooing portion was not bad at all, low pain and I feel it has a lot to do with the way she works. The end result was astonishing to say the least. She did a great job I sincerely loved them and would definitely recommend. It was a 10/10 experience overall Mandy was communicative ,informative, professional , reassuring, good environment and genuine with her work. You guys won't regret coming to her.

I have to say my sparse eyebrows needed help and I am so glad to have found Mandy! She suggested the ombré powder brow technique, outlined the perfect brow shape, made any changes as needed, and made sure I approved the shape/color first. She provided me with the do’s/dont’s for before and after my appointment.
