I had my wedding dress made by Yanna and it was an amazing, stress-free experience. I met with 7 seamstresses but Yanna beat them all out with her professionalism, attention to detail, quality, affordability and sweetness. Yanna's honesty was also on full display when she called me a week after our initial meeting to tell me that she had found a lady in India who could get the exact fabric I wanted for the dress at an even lower price than she had originally quoted me. You don't see that every day. I had 5 dress fittings and in each one Yanna's main goal was to make sure that every detail of the dress was exactly how I wanted it to be. No pressure at all to make it to her liking, like other seamstresses do. I travel a lot and Yanna's flexibility and understanding of my limited time was key in getting the dress made with more than enough time before the wedding. I will definitely only go to Yanna for any future dresses. The experience was not only everything I was hoping for but the dress turned out to be stunning and exactly what I wanted!

I can only try to express how thankful I am to have found Yanna when planning for my wedding. We had a 2020 wedding on the day of Halloween. All my husband and I wanted was a classy, Halloween wedding and black is a must. Its also the best color ever. With no luck, I searched for months for the perfect black gown of my dreams and I couldn't find anything or anyone who was able to help me until Yanna. She understood my vision for a classy, Halloween wedding and that I wanted vintage glam for my dress. She understood and listened to the dress that was in my imagination and made it completely from scratch. I've never been more in love with a piece of clothing until the day we did my final fitting. I walked down the aisle in a piece of art made by this lovely woman and I will be forever grateful. It is everything I imagined and more. I would do my wedding all over again just to be able to walk down the aisle in that dress. I am so grateful to have found her. Yanna is an artist.

If you ever need wedding dress alterations, PLEASE do yourself a favor and COME TO YANNA! My wedding planner sent me to an alterations place on Las Olas and I was not impressed (no ac (this is FL...it's hot and I could barely get my dress on I was sweating so much), dirty, small, loud, cramped dressing room, no private bridal space). I previously had dress and suit alterations done at Needle Stitch (her and her husbands everyday alterations business next door) and loved them, so I figured I would try a consultation with them for my wedding dress. The moment Yanna brought me into her bridal alteration studio, I knew she would be the one for the job!!!! Her studio was beautiful, immaculately clean, quiet, had a super spacious dressing room I could easily move around in with my dress, and gloriously air conditioned! Most importantly, Yanna herself was incredible! She was so friendly, personable, knowledgeable, professional, honest and knew exactly how to make my alterations come to life for both my ceremony and reception dresses! We had a one on one consultation with just her and I in her studio so I had her full attention and felt very special and cared for. Having the whole place to ourselves made my second fitting very special when I brought my mom! I even had her make my wedding veil. She did an incredible l job constructing a custom veil comb, which she made from my mom's veil halo. All this to say, both of my dresses and my veil were PERFECTION, exactly how I wanted them with perfect fit all thanks to Yanna!!!!! Same for my mother-in-laws dress!!! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY! Yanna made me a custom 2nd dress for my wedding to change into for the party. It was perfect! Off white silk, short flowing skirt, tight at the waste and bust with lovely stitching, loosely draped “off shoulder” feminine sleeves, and the best part - feathers all around the top. So bridal, so fun, best party dress! I will also say she was wonderful to work with in the process. I was very undecided in what I wanted and she gave great ideas and accommodated tweaks after try on. She is lovely and very talented!

Yanna is a super professional, enthusiastic and creative dress designer. This is clearly her passion because she’s so good at it. I recently had 2 dresses made by her, that literally fit to a tee, it makes me wonder why anyone ever buys dresses from a store when you can get them professionally made and fitted exactly to your body type- for a good price! I’d highly recommend Yanna and I’m already planning my next couple of outfits with her!

My mother first found Yanna online. We were desperately looking for a seamstress who could make alterations to my wedding dress. Yanna had great reviews and her location was nearby. My wedding dress needed substantial alterations, and needless to say, I needed someone who was really good.

Not only is Yanna a superb seamstress, she is compassionate and caring. She knew the right questions to ask to make sure my dress fit like a glove, and made me really feel like a bride in my dress.

I was so impressed with Yanna that I asked her to fix the stretch belt in my favorite old PJs. Now they’re like new again!

I can’t speak highly enough of my experience with Yanna and the custom pieces she created for my wedding. I wanted a rather unusual modern style jacket to go with the dress and she was attentive to all the details the way I was hoping. I had spoken to some other designers and gotten a lot of pushback on things that were important to me, but Yanna understood immediately what I wanted and how to do it. Then she suggested making a custom train to go with the dress. I was a little reticent at first, but I am SOOOOOOO glad I trusted her. It turned out amazing. It took my wedding dress from stylish to WOW. Even my photographer was excited to shoot with the custom train.

I will definitely be returning back to her for some work items when I have need of them. She gets high fashion in a way that few do.
