Their recruiters can’t understand both Japanese and English very well. Their Chinese recruiter Heidi, who with a super low level of Japanese language ability criticized candidates’s Japanese and English ability at the very first call, tried to persuade candidates cooperating with them by putting down others, super impolite and undereducated.

Cassie

A disgusting outsourcing dispatch company with the disguise of big name recruitment company. Their recruiters in Japan can’t understand Japanese very well with a level of mistaking 乗り換え as 飲み会 and question candidates with an arrogant tongue that “why you drink at work”. Except of the super shocking low level of their educational background, they also bully candidates with changing the contract content to a worse package after you sign the original one.

No matter for the client company or for the candidates, please avoid cooperating with Teksystems at all cost!

It seems the culture of this company went south in recent years. I remember some awesome recruiters walking the extra mile and go beyond. Seems they left the company. Nowadays, they call you during working and commuting times (Is this a good time to talk?). Even though I ask to follow up per email, they don't care and keep calling. Once there is a potential role, they don't share any relevant information about the role, even if you keep asking to share information. And they ghost candidates if they believe you are not a good fit, on LinkedIn as well as through email.
