We had to have new locks fitted to our front security grille. The gentleman who came to fit them was very polite, did a really good job even to the extent of asking if we had some left over paint so that he could touch up where he had inserted the new locks. Overall was very impressed with them and would not hesitate to use them again if ever needed

What happened to good old customer service Paid for a new key fob for my gate but since the time they sent an email with the amount and time i paid it (3 weeks) the price had gone up! And they refused to proceed. £57 instead of £54. Pathetic.

I asked Anchor to look at the intercom unit of my flat as it had reset itself and I could no longer unlock the building door. I was visited by a friendly engineer who said he would do some other checks on the building and come back to me.

I didn't hear anything for several weeks and when I chased I was sent a quote for "repair" which was a new intercom unit for £500 with no explanation as to what was wrong despite me requesting one. I then asked another resident here to let me know the settings on their unit and when I input them into my unit it started working again.

Very disappointed that this easy fix wasn't spotted / understood and that on top of that Anchor attempted to charge me a lot of money for a new unit I didn't need. Will not be using them again if I can avoid it.

My shutter broke on my rented premises, my landlord sent round this company with no previous quote and they repaired the work in less than an hour, under my tenants agreement I pay for all repairs, obviously this company wasn’t aware of this and sent my landlords an invoice for £945!!!! They was here for an hour and half in that time went to the cafe, they had advised my landlord they took the whole shutter away repaired it came back and installed, they actually repaired it on site in my own premises but still had the cheek to charge this criminal price! My landlord it chasing them, if the price isn’t resolved I’ll be taking legal action!!! Day light robbery! Stay clear!!!! If I could put less stars I would

I called an engineer from Anchor to investigate my faulty cctv system but unfortunately had no ladder. After some thought he suggested I knelt on all fours so he could reach the fitting by standing on my back , I'm 88 but he was such a polite young man, CCTV now working!
