Purchased a post bed, very cheap machine. The tray was plastic, there’s always something wrong with the timing. The manual was all In Chinese.

Just purchased a brand new Atlas Industrial Grade sewing machine for a great price! Works beautifully and very smoothly. It is very easy to operate. It even has electric speed levels which is great for beginners like myself. Speaking of beginners, AtlasLevy even went upove and beyond by showing me hands on how to thread the machine correctly. Oh, and they even gave me a good amount of little accessories to get me started. Thanks Atlas Levy couldn't be more happier with my new machine and the customer service I was given. It was all well worth my 5hr drive to get to you!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE CROOKS! They will act nice and very communicative before you make the purchase and then will give you the run-a-round when you are having a problem. The machine I purchased from them DOES NOT WORK! I called and emailed from the beginning to get help on it. Machine looks horrible. Runs horrible. The stitch width knob does not work. I tried to see if I could sew on it with the knob not adjusting the machine barely runs. It is horrible! I called a sewing machine tech that services my other machines and the tech even said that this is a horrible machine and is "rigged" up. When I called, they would tell me to call back, I call back and they are busy. They will tell me to facetime them and that doesn't happen. When we finally got someone on the phone to facetime, we didn't speak the same language and the tech eventually sat the phone down facing up looking at the ceiling and walked away from the phone. I called AGAIN, and then they were sick. Emailed, and they emailed me back acting like they were going to help and then stopped responding. I went to my bank to get help and the bank said "it was delivered and I signed for it"... WHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH IT IF I CAN'T USE THE MACHINE I threw $2,000 down the drain dealing with this HORRIBLE company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, GO WITH THE LEGIT SEWING MACHINE COMPANIES! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND THE HEADACHE. THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND CROOKS. BEWARE!!

I had the best experience with Atlas Sewing because Manny and the owner successfully managed my problem. I received the the wrong machine and to make it worse, the carrier damaged it on its way to SC. But when I called Manny and also spoke to the owner, Manny quickly set to send us the right machine the very same day I called! He also speaks Spanish and was able to speak to my mother several times. Manny also arranged for the machine to be sent back and provided clear instructions by phone and email. We thought that we were going to go through a huge headache, but AtlasLevy's personnel and its management turned us into promoters. We would definitely do business with them anytime.
