Really Bad. I have no technical background but when Automatic Gate Systems could not identify the problem with my gate telephone and the so-called tech did not even have the proper equipment to ID the problem, I had to give up on them.
They charged a service call ($85) and 2 hours of :service ($190) to tell me that the gate phone WAS attached to the house phone and that the house phone rang once. None of this could have been true.
As I mentioned, a simple test for continuity with a $20 toner would have told him that the wire was broken.
He told me to get a home automation company to repair it.

I tried to get a simple bid from this company and found them so incompetent that I finally gave up. Stevi in their office kept telling me that she couldn't find our address even though it is easily found in MapQuest and Google (or any GPS app). I even waited for over an hour for KC, their field estimator after having talked to him on the phone and giving him specific major cross-road information. Instead, he chose to leave me stranded without any return call knowing I was waiting for him. I tried to call and even text him four or five times to the same number he had called me on previously. He wouldn't pick up. I talked to their office after this also to tell them I was waiting for KC. I even had another person in the AGS office tell me they didn't have a KC working for them! Complete incompetency all around. Stay away from this company. There are other companies out there that will value your work without the painful stress and incompetency. Note: the five-star review from Gretchen below is from their own employee so it is not a real review.

I have ordered gate card last month, after I have waited a month , they send me wrong gate cards....I informed the staff about the mistake but they didn't bother to call!!!! I have residents that don't have access to the community , new move ins but no gate cards!!!!! They used to have better management but now it's just horrible. The only decent employee is Thomas, he always answer my calls, return my calls but nobody else from the office. Disappointing!

Look elsewhere my friends...Cheryl is very rude and quite incompetent, not sure how they are still in business. The reviews are true to the Company. Gave a 2 star only because Shayla and Thomas seem to be nice and helpful, as much as they can be past Cheryl.

We purchased a building that had an existing gate, so we have only used Automatic Gate for servicing, but so far so good. Always on time and professional. Thomas is the man!

My electric gate arm was not working so I called Automatic Gate Systems. I was told the system needed to be replaced. I called another company only to find out it was just the batteries that needed to be replaced.
