Esteban is fantastic. He helped us with setup of our Wifi after a difficult experience with another firm. He was incredibly patient, spent several hours explaining in detail the set up (in very simple terms for us to understand) and he even helped with a follow up issue. They were able to quickly find out why our security cameras were freezing after every few minutes and fixed the issue. The new DVR they installed is also working pretty well. Definitely one of the best IT installers in London in my experience.
