Amazing customer service, luckily for me I live close to the warehouse so I drove there to get what I needed and the lady at the front desk was amazing at helping me and sending me to Silvio who works in tech support for further depth in helping with what I needed. He’s the man, he helped me with replacing my motor and pump the same day. I don’t ever write reviews for places but with the amazing experience I had I just felt the need to let people know this place does right by their customers. Great job bobs keep up the amazing work!

Very disappointed with their warranty. I have an Action Series jack plate that failed at 4 years old. The electric pump motor rusted in half. It is supposed to be designed for salt water. The newer units have plastic pump motor housings, so ole Bob knows he had a design flaw. The new plastic motor won’t fit the old pumps. So I’m stuck with buying a new metal (POS) motor for $200+. AND Bobs is the only place I can find the replacement part for sale. How convenient. Very dissatisfying, I kept my $ local, and bought crap!

Bob's was great to deal with. They called me back quickly to give tech support while I was on the water, helped diagnose the problem over the phone and sent a free replacement pump. Easy install, no complaints

Warranty is about as solid as a sponge. My flats jack was supposedly under warranty. Bobs told me it had water in the motor and it wasn't covered. How do you sell a non waterproof product that mounts in the bilge of a boat? Don't buy from them. They don't stand by their products.

I've never had an hydraulic jackplate till a month ago. I've owned bass boats all my life that had manual plates. Bobs machine builds a BEEFY high quality jackplate. I absolutely love mine! Super stout and high quality!

Bought my Extreme Jack plate just over 3 years ago and worked fantastic with zero issues for 3 full seasons and went to winterize it on the trailer and just cycled it up and down and it got stuck all the way up. Gave them a call (not expecting it to still be under warranty) and it was fully under warranty. Sending me out a new updated pump assembly same day at no charge. Customer for life to say the least. Thank you!!!!
