Richard was exceptional. No technician would spend approximately 30 to 40 minutes of their own time helping me receive sound on my PC. He did this out of his own generosity. Very few would spend did this much time with a complete stranger fixing the computer issue. I would recommend this technician . He is honest and trustworthy. He truly will not stop until the problem is 100% solved. He cares about helping the customer. He truly enjoys his job. This type of company is a rarity. One that values complete satisfaction over compensation.

I am a small one-man shop that works from home with no IT department or computer tech to help me when I have laptop or operating system issues. I used to work for a bank so when I had a problem I would just call our in-house IT guy and all was well. But being self-employed for 12 years I had no where to turn and often had trouble finding someone to work on my very small issues that wasn't worth anyone's time so I just had to call around and get advice over the phone. Then I found Richard's company and now all of my problems are solved. He is now my go-to tech help for data back-up, operating system and laptop issues. I walked in his office without an appointment on a Friday afternoon and explained to him all of my issues that I need help with and left the laptop at his office overnight. Richard emailed me the next Saturday morning to inform me that my laptop was ready for me to pickup. When I arrived Richard took his time to show me the changes to my laptop and especially to make sure I didn't have any issues logging in using my biometric simple pass with my finger. In fact it wasn't working so he spent about an hour trying to get it set up. I was sitting right by his side watching as he worked on my laptop. During this time Richard was very patient, professional and pleasant in demeanor. He has much larger customers so the fact that he took time from his busy schedule to help a small one-man shop like me on a Saturday morning says a lot about his character and devotion to his profession. The price for his service is reasonable and actually cheaper than what I was quoted at other places but even if he was slightly higher I would choose him over the Geek Squad at Best Buy or the guys at Micro Center. Even some of the other computer repair shops that I Googled and then called were not as knowledgeable as Richard. I highly recommend Caltechsys for your computer networking, operating system or any software issues especially if you are small business owner. He upgraded my Windows from 8.1 to Windows 10. It may sound easy to do but for a technophobic like myself it was a pleasure to finally find someone that I can trust and rely upon for my all of my computer needs.

I was about to give up on my laptop because it ran so slowly but Richard and Aurora got it back into working shape and it has never run this well. They are very knowledgeable and their customer service is unmatched. I am beyond satisfied with my experience with them and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

If i could give more than 5 stars, I would! These guys are always extremely helpful and professional. I don't trust anyone else with my computer needs. I love that they resolve my issues SUPER FAST and can usually do so via remote access to my computer so I don't have to leave my home/office. Great group of guys!

My computer would not boot up so I called Joe and explained my problem. He told me what he thought the problem was and what the solution would be. I took my PC into the Caltechsys office and Joe was right. I had my PC back the next business day completely repaired and all of my files were restored. I did not lose any information. Joe was very professional and easy to work with. The repair bill was extremely reasonable. I would and will recommend Caltechsys to my friends and neighbors.

I Phoned up then dropped by within 15 minutes. The guys diagnosed my computer problem within 5 minutes. They offered to order spare parts or suggested I could get them myself and replace. If I needed help they could replace for me. No charge as my computer wasn't fixed there and then! No hanging around, no appointments. Excellent service.
