Cheryl Lynn was amazing, she was a great listener and educator. She showed my vocal cords on camera and explained the inflammation we saw and what the causes might be. She gave me clear instructions on what I should do next and set up a check up in a month.

I have been experiencing a hoarseness in my voice for months now. I learned about ENTAAF via ZocDoc and they had great reviews. Lynn was amazing! Very informative and hospitable. She made sure I was comfortable and did demonstrations to show me what to do prior to the Videostroboscopy. I was a little nervous at first, but she put my mind at ease when she said she wasn’t going to put a camera up my nose or down my throat. She explained the results in detail right then and there with me and even allowed me to take a photo/video to see my vocal cords in action! I highly recommend going to this location! They do not disappoint and there was little to no wait.

My visit with “Lynn Carrier” Voice and videostroboscopy specialist was One of the best visits I’ve ever been to, she was very clear in explaining things to me. I finally left there with understanding on what I’m dealing with regarding my throat and reflux and guidance on where to go from here. the videostroboscopy was Super easy, not painful in the least, and she did not have to go down my nose into my throat, which terrified me.
