Security guards are very polite. Arrive as early as possible so that you'll be able to find parking on one of the surrounding streets. Lots of traffic & narrow streets. (I had to park 2 blocks away & walk to check-in. Lock your truck & padlock your trailer doors). The truck entrance gate & truck exit gate are on 12th Street. You'll have to walk to check-in with security guard at exit gate. They will call you when to enter & what dock door you're assigned to. Be prepared to wait long time for security guard to call.

Getting here sucks, but that’s not their fault. Parking? What parking ?. Find a spot on a surrounding street if you can. Oh, and do it prior to check in. Other than those minor logistical details, the people here are super nice and loading went quickly. Checked in an hour early and got straight to a door. Satellite view a bit deceiving as there is ample room for docking. Places for food and groceries across the street and on surrounding streets. No idle policy for whatever reason. Really the only issues I take is trying to find a place to park close enough for the check in hike and sweating your azz off to load when it’s hot.

I don't even want to give it one star. It's really rubbish. A selfish company that doesn't treat drivers as human beings. There's no place to park around here, but drivers are required to park outside the warehouse and walk in to check in. For this reason, I had to park my car a mile away from the warehouse and walk to check in. I even had a high probability of getting a ticket. After I checked in, he asked me to wait for another hour, as if to tell me that if the police didn't give you a ticket, then I should spend more time waiting for the police to find me! What a rubbish place, minus 100 points?

-50⭐ Drivers beware!!! Whoever is in charge of this location is extremely disrespectful to all drivers!! They are fully satisfied with immediately giving the metaphorical middle fingers! There are three parking lots! No one is allowed to enter either one, Except for Coca-Cola trucks! Even if drivers are delivering Coca-Cola products, From another Coca-Cola location! They make you park on a crowded, busy, narrow 2 lane Street, That is just barely wide enough for cars! That's Before they will even look at your paperwork and get you checked in! You'd better get there early and be ready to park down the street or around the block, Then wait for at least a couple hours until they finally call you with a door, Which there is just barely enough room to back up to, And then wait for at least a couple more hours... If your company does not have you under forced dispatch, then you should avoid at all cost. It must be nice to have a choice. Lucky for me, I'm used to being highly disrespected in this line of work. Some people in other careers would never stand for this type of treatment. I guess I could always choose to be homeless, and contribute nothing to society. I'm so fortunate to live in a country where there's more jobs than there are people.

OTR DELIVERY REVIEW -

NEVER AGAIN.
First and last time delivering to this warehouse.

Viewing this location prior to delivery, I knew it was in a congested area by viewing on Google. Was not expecting the scenario that unfolded when I arrived. There are 2 gates, one for checking in and checking out. I initially checked into the gate you pull in to be told I needed to actually check in at the gate you leave out of after delivery. The street is PACKED with cars and trucks parked along the side, making a two lane street one lane in the middle. I was able to park my truck/trailer with enough room for others to drive by. I am a team driver, so my co driver sat in the front in case it needed to be moved. When I went to check in at the "out gate," the person there was rude and wouldn't even open the gate so I could get closer to hear him. After asking, he finally did. Apparently, he was leaving the gate closed to keep me out because he then proceeded to tell me that I had to park my truck and come back and check in. It's company policy, and we can't allow check-in unless you have done so. PARK WHERE? There is literally nowhere to park. Had to circle several blocks until we finally found a spot on these busy side streets with enough room for a sleeper truck and trailer. Then, proceed to walk back the several blocks to finally check in. The area is not a great area, and there are plenty of homeless walking around, which as a woman, made me uncomfortable, especially walking several blocks. Finally, check in, and there's a list of rules that the soft-spoken person in the shack was rambling through. Had to tell him to speak up several times and repeat things. Just in case you get the same guy here's the list.

After you fill out your paperwork for the shack and they give you a dock you will go back to your truck and pull it back to the intersection closest to the check in gate and wait behind other trucks waiting in line on the small crowded streets to come in. The check in shack person once you get to the intersection by the shack will have a conversation from across the road where you yell at them your dock door. They will tell you when to pull in, and then you must break the seal while they are there watching you as it's a must. Then slide your tandems, back in (which is not difficult and there is just enough room if you set up correctly), chock both sides of the truck and remove red airline so it can be locked. Roll down your truck windows and turn the truck off as it must remain off while unloading. Once done you have to pull up to an "imaginary" red line that isn't there so that the check out guard can ensure that you were fully unloaded, and then you are good to leave.

Will be our first and last time ever delivering here. The employees at the shacks were rude, and Coca-Cola should have an area for their delivery trucks that are OTR etc to park and sit if that's what you have to do to check in. The streets around here do not belong to them, and the area isn't exactly truck size, friendly with all the vehicles parked around.

One of the worst company never come here they don’t even care how after how much traffic you come here and they took almost 3 hours on the dock they don’t even have parking. We have to park at the roadside and even they is notice to tow the truck if we park there literally worst experience i don’t wanna come here ever

If I could give zero stars I would, Because we have to turn off truck to sit here fours hours to unload. It’s FN ridiculous. Will give you guys welfare & hire illegals. They’ll work quickly. I’ll unload the SOAB myself if you’d let me. Arrive 1 hour b4 check in, make sure you’re parked somewhere b4 checking in. They’ll call you & give your door. Then sit back it’s going to be 3 to 5 hours to unload. This ain’t the worst place I’ve unloaded at, it’s in my top 5. Must be Union workers.
