Someone added this address as mine on my credit report at I'm bout to drag y'all through the mud. seems like there's some nonsense going on at whatever "place of business" this is. Next believe if I find out y'all are giving out my personal info I'm suing my identity theft has been going on since 2019 and I'm taking out anyone who has any connections to it because I'VE NEVER LIVED IN TEXAS WHY IS YOUR ADDRESS ON MY CREDIT REPORT. bunch of scammers!!!!!!

Spoke with Valerie White “supervisor”, rude for no reason. Called my number and didn’t explain what the company was for and how they got my number. How are you wanting me to do all the work for you, if you’re the one asking for money. Didn’t even explain where they obtained my contact information. I asked them if this was a bill for my mom, I am able to speak in her behalf, I understand they need her to authorize me to speak for her, but yet they don’t have her phone number? How do I know if this is not a scam?

Never gave them an email that was read back to me and it wasn't used in the info sent to them. They had been emailing the correct email and when the debt was paid got only belligerent workers and the run around for receipt.
I only paid them because the company that the bill came from won't take it from me. I initially denied their calls because they used my maiden name which has not been used in years in any form so only came across as a scam as they refused to identify themselves when pressed. Yeah hate this money hungry company.

Very positive experience with them. I had a collection associated with ID theft. They gave me the information needed and informed me specifically of the evidence needed for proof that the debt/account was fraudulent.

Treated me better, as a potential debtor, than most service representatives do from companies that I actually buy products from. Pat Waters specifically was extremely helpful in resolving my situation.

This company tried to call me collecting past due bill for OBGYN,
I explained that I (a male) have never been to OBgYN, and they have wrong person.

Woman on phone proceeded to tell me regardless she was reporting me to credit agency. I again explained I have never been to ObGYN. The woman on phone harassed me demanding payment and made threats in attempt to get payment.

I make payments by mail every month yet they still write derogatory remarks against my credit for medical debt. Calls have come in from CSII. If I am busy at work at the time, I call back on the number contacting me and get busy signal.....Always. Also, they do not have an email address and wait months to cash my checks. ... Very Shady operators. What legitimate company in 2024 does not have an Email?

I had the best experience ever, dealing with a collection company!! What made it so special was the customer service, especially from Dusty, this evening!!!! Everyone has been friendly, however, Dusty definitely stood out BIGGGGG time!!! He not only was empathetic to my situation, but very friendly, helpful, and professional, yet very personable!!! I reveiw my credit report monthly and this month I found I have been put into collections from a utility that isnt even available in my state. Very upset there destroying my credit it. I have received no email, or paper bills. This is either an error or a scam
