Launch has been outstanding in simplifying a sophisticated system, making it seem straightforward, and their customer support is exceptional. When encountering problems (as they're inevitable), it's crucial to have a reliable AV company. I highly endorse the Launch team; my only wish is that I had engaged them at the start of my project.

Launch Systems has just completed a major update of our Control 4 audio/video/home automation system and I am delighted. Every aspect has been completed and is working just as Michael Kravets (our sales representative) explained in depth prior to the installation. The whole experience was fantastic. Great communication. They came out and looked at our house then gave advice and options. Our house is not a huge property, and I was interested in keeping the budget in bounds. We hired Launch (Michael Kravets) to help put together a home automation system for custom home we were building. Michael helped greatly during the design / construction phase to explain system features and recommend features to make our living experience that much better. The end result was fantastic and we could have not done this without him! We now have a user-friendly, fully automated home automation system which controls every key aspect of the home at our fingertips! (Lighting, Alarm, Cameras, HVAC, Window Shades, A/V, etc.) Controls cannot be any easier, may that be via Control4 touch screens throughout the home or using our mobile devices besides multitude of programmed features the team had put in per our request that runs daily. Through various installations all the way from framing to build completion we had the opportunity to meet most of the Launch staff members.
