These guys are absolute LEGENDS!!

I called in today (Fri 19 Jul 2024) with a "dead" 2015 12" MacBook that I was convinced I had bricked by trying to replace the battery - I followed the iFixit step-by-step instructions to the letter, and after 4 hours of extremely challenging disassembling and reassembling, my MacBook would not turn on! I called in to Mac-Sys on the off chance that they might be able to salvage it, and Wayne was able to get it going again by reseating the display cable... in under 5 mins! I am so grateful as I was almost certain that it was unsalvageable, and I am very happy to be writing this review on the very same MacBook 🙂

I called back about an hour later with a 2010 iMac that had a display issue and Wayne once again salvaged it by replacing the display panel, reviving yet another old device that I thought was almost ready for the bin!

I will definitely be back to Mac-Sys as they clearly know their Apple products, both old and new!

I had a lovely experience with Mac-Sys. I was helped by one of the employees called Wayne. He emailed me back very promptly after receiving my query and was able to get me an appointment very quickly. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped me by giving me some great recommendations. I will definitely be here again if I ever need assistance.

I took my son’s very dead phone in yesterday on the recommendation of my brother.
The team are extremely helpful. The guy who looked at our phone was great at explaining the issues and the options for solutions. Upfront about costs and warranties.
Totally recommend them if you have an Apple product that’s gone wonky.
Easily accessible. No appointment necessary.

Excellent service! I needed a new battery for my 2nd generation iPhone SE. I didn’t want the hassle of going to the Apple Store in Belfast (parking etc) but I had already tried a local place to replace the battery and they were rubbish, so I knew I definitely wanted an Apple certified person. I emailed a few questions to Mac-Sys and Susie replied very promptly. My battery was replaced within an hour and I have a 3 month warranty in case something goes wrong.
