I had an exceptional experience last night at this establishment. After being involved in a demolition derby accident, the staff went above and beyond to take care of me. Their exceptional care and attention to detail made a difficult situation much more manageable.

Every member of the staff was not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable, providing me with the support and information I needed during my visit. It was evident that they genuinely care about their patients' well-being and strive to ensure the best possible experience for everyone who walks through their doors.

I am truly grateful for the outstanding care I received and the compassion shown by the staff. This establishment sets a high standard for customer service and patient care. Highly recommended for their exceptional service and dedication to their patients' well-being.

After spending four months at the Mayo hospital in Rochester I was taken to Waseca Medical Center to help me regain some mobility after having my leg amputated and to try to get replacement in my hometown of Bismarck, ND. My leg was amputated as of results of a fast growing cancer and the infections. At the Waseca hospital I was treated and given the best of care that I could have been able to get anywhere. Also the food was very delicious at this hospital and was always hot when it was served compared to Mayo hospital in Rochester. If I have to do time at a hospital again I would like to be in Waseca.

I went into the emergency room because of extreme pain. It was winter at that time so I was wearing a jacket. I was asked by one of the staff if I was a if drug user right away and of course I am not. I took off my jacket and the same person saw my tattoos and said to his co worker “oh!!! He’s not afraid of needles.” I didn’t say anything because I was in pain and wanted some relief

I spent 60+ days in the hospital in Waseca. I can't say enough great things about the nursing staff and Dr's.They did everything they could to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I'm so happy I chose to go to them! Questions were answered in a timely manner call lights also. You couldn't ask for better care. Mankato didn't even come close when I spent time there.
There were tears from them and I when I left. Highly recommend them for anything needed hospital wise.

Dr Hayes , was the worst experience I've ever had. I've never have walked out of an appointment. My daughter is extremely sick from Mexico and I was told from CDC and emergency dept to get checked out to make sure I don't have something that needs to be treated in my body or contagious to others. She was rude, talked me like I was stupid and minimized the issue.
I would not want anyone with a concern for there health to deal with her.

My experience at this clinic was awful. I checked in, gave them all the required information and they told me which waiting room to sit in. To make a long story short, I waited almost an hour for my appointment to find out there was no order attached. It was explained to me that the department saw my name on the schedule, but they didn't know why I was there and didn't ask even though I was checked in. This routine procedure usually takes 20 minutes. Had I not inquired after 50 minutes, I may still be sitting there waiting for my appointment.

It says the average time is an 1 1/2 hours....but I've always got thru pretty quick, less than an hour from check-in to out the door. The staff are awesome, and friendly...and they are very conscientious about using that sanitizer or washing their hands. Lost a star for the long wait for appointments with my doc, about a month out, sometimes longer....but urgent care has been okay for me, sorry if others aren't having a good experience.

Receiving bills and spam mail that belongs to my x-wife. I have complained several times about this problem over the years. They need to red flag so I'm not held responsible for the bills, as far as the spam mail goes, It's harassment at its finest. Fix it a***!

Visited the emergency room on 9/13/2022 to have a syst drained. The p.a.c. did an excellent job, but the two nurses weren't professional. The nurses were acting childish when they seen how gross the syst was (the things they were saying could cause a nervous breakdown in certain individuals. The one particular nurse didn't even know what tape to use when dressing the wound. That same nurse took my vial of insulin to scan into the computer for billing purposes. I wasn't even being seen for a diabetic reason. This proves she didn't even read the vial. This particular nurse needs to be supervised closer before she gives somebody a medication and kills them. Look out!!
