We were referred by a close friend for Next Tech to install our DoorBird system on our newly installed front gate. Initially, Moshe the owner was polite and quick to get the job. After that it was downhill from there. The list of things he did wrong is mind blowing considering this is supposed to be a professional licensed company. He was down right rude and condescending to me. I thought maybe he would treat my husband with a bit more respect, as he was completely chauvinistic, but nope, he was rude to my husband as well. He didn’t want to take responsibility for all the things he installed incorrectly and wanted to charge us a $250 service call. We were finally informed by our former AV guy of all the things that were incorrect. Luckily he was able to come out and fix all of the issues. Our system was installed backwards at the magnet area and that’s why it kept pulling shut. The wrong adapter plug was installed in our media closet which could have started a fire. The locking mechanism should have been inset into the gate sealing exposed wires. The exit light button was not connected, so it would not illuminate at night. By the end, the gate completely stopped working and we had to tape it up with cardboard until it got repaired. The list was endless. At this point it was months later, but we figured we paid thousands for this system and installation, we should have them come and fix it. Moshe now told my husband that it would be a $450 service call. What?! We were baffled. Like I said, DO NOT use this company.

Just had a Doorbird intercom system installed, and it’s awesome! I can control both the car and pedestrian gates from the same app—super convenient. The install was smooth, and the system works perfectly. Clear video, responsive controls, and a huge upgrade for managing access. Definitely recommend this if you want something sleek and easy to use!

I used the Next tech team for the pre-wiring and installation of my smart home in a new construction home I built. From the very beginning, they were extremely efficient and professional. A large team installers arrived during the framing stage and completed the pre-wiring in just three days, despite the size of the house (4,000 sq.ft).
I was impressed with the attention to detail and organization of the installation. With hundreds of data drops, security, audio, and video wiring to be installed, they ensured that everything was neatly organized and well-protected from any potential damage that could occur during the construction process.

Throughout the construction period, the NT team was always responsive and readily available to address any issues that arose. They were quick to relocate or fix any cables that needed to be moved.
The end result is truly amazing. The user-friendly Control4 system allows me to easily control all aspects of my home, from lighting to the pool, HVAC, audio, and security, all through one convenient app. The level of integration and functionality is beyond my expectations.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the NT team for any AV or home automation needs. They have proven themselves to be highly skilled professionals who deliver exceptional service. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I used NT to install AI too of the line IP cameras.
The picture is so clear the AI features is amazing it’s so easy to find events you don’t have to scroll back the records to find footage you can just search via face recognition / license plate number / shirt color and a lot more.
