I love coming here. This shop is 10/10. Rich and his team value customer service to all their clients. As a woman, I am often intimidated at a mechanic shop, but I came here to get my brakes done and did A/C on my car (Subaru) and my other car Toyota which had transmission fluid and oil change done. Rich and his team explain every step and process that they do on your car. The best part about them: they explain the why. They are very honest and communicative. No one here tries to sell you things you do not need in your car, but they do suggest what’s the highest priority to your cars needs so you car can run forever. They have earned my business and I will be a life time customer here.

Took my car here for my transmission on a 2013 Hyundai Elantra. It was leaking fluids and my transmission was slipping whenever I was driving. Took it to Amcco to get a diagnosis and was quoted roughly 4K. Took it here to get a second opinion and was told that that was about the right price with labor and parts included. Rich the owner was upfront about everything he had done to my car and founds little things wrong with my car and took photos to show me what was wrong and what needed to be replaced. I Had other things done to my car but I plan to drive this car for a long time and decided to get the other things done not all but some and will go back for other issues wrong with my car. They’re honest and upfront about anything they do and won’t touch unless they have your permission on getting it fixed or replaced. I have recommended this place to a friend and they love the fact about how honest they are. I highly recommended this place to anything wrong with your car.

Had been to two dealerships in Fresno to diagnose my squealing problem with my 22 Supra and was told that it’s probably the pads, or that to leave it alone, or that cost would be over $600, but third time’s a charm and wanted a last minute opinion on what’s wrong with my car.

I called Quiklane and was set up with a same day (next hour) appointment.

Long story short, Rich diagnosed my problem and fixed it in a matter of an hour. He was very informative and knew a ton of information about different parts of a car and why we use this and why we use that.

I’ve been afraid to take my car to random shops since my car is somewhat a performance vehicle (not many have it here), but I definitely know where to bring my car now when I need to get anything done, so if you’re interested let Rich know!) Also, they can do almost anything that you need to do on a car.
