I highly recommend the ADT team that helped us install a comprehensive system for our home. Austin was our first contact. He came out the very next day after I called to educate us about the company and the services they offer. Austin was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful, in guiding us towards choosing the best protection for our home. The installation team came very quickly after our first meeting to complete our job. Our installer was very professional and he completed the entire job in a day. He explained how to operate the system so that we felt confident using it the first evening. Austin followed up a day or so later to make sure we were happy with the installation and to answer any questions we may have had. Great customer service! We're very happy to have the system up and running and couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience.

An altogether pleasant experience setting up home security for the first time. Marco in the office took his time walking me through the process, and the two workers who came out were courteous and always ready and able to answer further questions. At no point did anyone try to push for further services or devices, but when asked about them the information given was clear. Recommended.

Spare yourself the heartache from this company. They are an authorized dealer of ADT and a lousy one at that. I have had multiple issues with them concerning price, install, and remediation for the aforementioned. The salesman that came and sold me their services and products had lied to us about figuring out information about our HOA and the details regarding what's allowed since they were essentially working the community. There was not much specificity on what was included in the monthly fee either which I later found out I was paying double for the camera recordings. They also ruined a part of our cabinet with the drilling (see attached photos which they also didn’t clean up until the 2nd tech visit) and installed the wrong cameras that didn't allow for 24/7 recording (which they never mentioned was ever an option!). Did I mention, the doorbell was crooked? Not once, but twice, and on 2 different technician visits. The master bedroom ADT panel was also installed crooked. The outdoor (battery) camera that was installed, was never given a charger even though they should have provided it when they installed and has been dead for about a week. One of the sensors that was installed, was installed backwards. When the first install occurred, the technician wasn't aware of what was supposed to be installed because of the HOA rules and the salesman not communicating. Therefore, the total items that were supposed to be on our invoice had changed. When trying to contact the office, they gave me the run around and basically didn't want to allow me out of the contract which they were also violating by not refunding me the items that weren't installed and signed for. It was back and forth emailing and just a constant headache because they didn't seem like they understood their own products and was more set on trying to keep my money. When speaking with the manager Marco, he was very quick to deflect any blame to me when he “thought” he could. They never owned up to their faults. As a business owner myself, this is such disgusting elitism behavior. If you want a company run by man children, give them a call. They'll gladly lie to your face, take your money, and "try" to make you feel like you're the problem. Unfortunately, they did not want to let me out of the contract after all of these issues. So, I believe it’s fair that I share my personal experience here. To this day, I am still missing items that were promised.

Teo with ADT was super helpful and such a pleasure to work with. He made sure we were taken care of and if a sensor was missing, he made sure to follow up the next day until we received all the items we were supposed to. Teo really went above and beyond and me and my family feel safer now that our home is now protected with ADT

TEO. Came to my door here in Chula Vista very well dressed . But talking to fast. I told him to slow down. . He explained perfectly and also explained to my father in law who didn’t know English Spanish speaking … George was the tech and also very nice and explained to me step by step .. I will definitely recommend Teo & George for all your security needs .. after installing 2 days later Teo followed up on me see how everything was going. Now that is customer service. I give real home security 5 stars
