We feel misled and tricked into signing a contract for a service that does not meet our needs or match the expectations set during the sales process. Many of the features we were told would be included were either missing or required additional costs, which was never disclosed upfront.

To make matters worse, despite our numerous concerns and the system’s clear negative impact on our business, the company has refused to release us from the contract early. Their rigid enforcement of the agreement only compounds the frustration.

We gave this platform every opportunity to succeed, but it simply didn’t work for us. I urge anyone considering this service to think twice and avoid signing a contract with them. If you value transparency, efficiency, and a service that truly works as advertised, look elsewhere.

She did a really great job and was the best conversation I have had so far about Ricochet. In our one-on-one meeting with our agent last week, he asked me to rate Ricochet compared to our previous calling system and I said a 6 or 7. She just in those few minutes jumped my rating to an 8 or 9, so she is my superhero and instantaneously raised how I feel about your product.
