SecureTech has been monitoring my alarm system for Five years and I’ve been extremely happy with the service they have provided. The office staff is pleasant to work with and their skilled technician did an excellent job installing my cameras and security system. Definitely would recommend this local company!

SecureTech is your one stop shop for everything low voltage in your home! I was doing a remodel of my home in Los Angeles, and they came in and took care of everything including security cameras, alarm and fire system, speakers, and a full home automation system! Their technicians are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, and they products they use are top of the line. I was so pleased with the service that I had them take care of my second home in Lake Arrowhead. They are well worth the price, and I would recommend them to anyone!

I honestly don’t think I’ve seen worst customer service. George seems like a nice guy. But really doesn’t know how to keep a customer.

This is for 2 reasons.
1. Their equipment broke one time, they went to the house to fix it. Essentially they made a faulty install. They charged me for a service call. That alone should have been enough to make me leave.

2. I pay $30/mo extra for a service that lets me log in to change codes. It stopped working. They offered me a discounted service call to go manually change the codes. Couldn’t believe it. Then they offered me a $5 credit because I didn’t have the service I’m paying $30/mo for.

Unbelievable. Small town people who really don’t care about customer service.

Go to SIMPLISAFE and forget these expensive people.
