Hello all.. Hope everyone is safe and doing good... ....
I am Snigdha. I have worked in selectsys for an year... I have both good and bad experiences.
The reason I'm writing a review now is coz of covid and lockdown.... We have alot if time sitting at home and not able to go out...so why not write a review when all my coworkers have written..!!!!!
So yea Selectsys - I can never forget that one year in my entire life.. That year from 2018 to 2019...!! Met so many people who left so many memories good & bad

Not only work, I have come across so many challenges personally and professionally.. Selectsys is good for the people who wanted to learn technical stuff.. Coz it's a tech support company... U get to learn so many things related to the computers and can acquire technical knowledge.
selectsys environment in not suitable for the people who have free mind, who already worked in some another big MNC.. Because we can't expect the same kind of facility or environment everywhere..

Selectsys do not have cafeteria.. It also has very less female agents that's why I will not recommand girls to work there... The environment is not healthy for girls. People unnecessary interfere in personal space, spread rumours, mess up things, give unnecessary stress, make you get frustrated , hence you won't be able to focus on the work.... and this effect a lot mentally and physically & effects your work eventually.

Selectys is only for the people who can come , work and go.. Without even turning their head... I did not find any lady HR, or team leader Or SME. it's only ruled by men... And coming to professionalism- Yes a lot of help is provided for the freshers.. Not only this , there are people who are professional and go their way out to help you...but also Mr. Faisuddin Hussain-One of the best team leaders I would say... He is professional and best at technical skills. He never mix personal and professional life..and is an ideal TL.. Always provide help to people who asked for it. He always protects his team like a sheild, No matter what. Selectsys WFC team is proud to have him. The agents are also helpful..
Though u have issues egos arguments but when it comes to work.. Yessss u would definitely receive support from your coworkers...Overall I would give 3 rating for the work and professional life but minus 2 for politics, favouritsm, incentives and ofcourse cafeteria.

There was no job vacancy but they are taking interviews and they say ur selected HR will inform you after no calls nothing they unnecessarily waste our time.

It's been 1.5 year's working here, I am not sure why there are some negative reviews. I found the Managers and Leads are supportive. It would be great if the company provide Holidays for Great Indian festivals.

I have been at Selectsys for close to 9 years, and have seen a lot of growth and changes.

Taken together, Selectsys is the best place I have ever worked. The culture is friendly but very smart, without huge egos getting in the way of our mission. My team is like a family to me, and overall the culture is empathetic, collaborative, and positive.

One of the WORST COMPANIES IN HYDERABAD.
This is one of the ex employee in that company and I'm telling you guys I've suffered a lot over there. I worked there for 3 months and these people haven't paid me the full salary they paid me only salary for the 20 days out of 89 days. When I went ahead and asked Senior HR Vijay he just told me that you wouldn't be getting that. I asked why and he was like I don't want to tell and I've asked him when will I get if this is the senario he told me that maybe after 2 months and I've asked them for ASSURANCE he was like I cannot give you any assurance. And he told me that he won't pay a single penny I told him I'm gonna report this to the MD Vijaya Lakshmi he was like do what you want I'm least bothered. When I went inside to meet MD she just simply told me to get out. I don't think people should be getting treated in this way.
Also there are couple points which I want to mention over here.
There will be no proper week offs.
And if you take a leave when you have a leave balance but still they will give u leave as well as they will cut off your week off.
Even if you complete your target you will have to SLOG.
The HR team is one WORST team they do not have got any progress or the proper info about anything.
They'll call in the late night for the interview.
There are hardly 45-50 employees in this company.
A SUGGESTION FROM MY SIDE DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY IF NOT YOU WILL SPOIL YOUR LIFE GETTING INTO IT.

I contacted via consultant and i dont know much about company.

They called me for interview @9pm , waited for 2 hours then it started at 11 and i gave interview but did not cleared the round.Well i didn't cleared so no problem.

But i have a suggestions for management to take interviews in morning or evening time not in complete night time because its difficult for public to reach office for interview in night time who dont have their own transport and ita difficult to get any bus /auto after 11 in night .

As i see there were 3 girls who came for interview and i heard them discussing about going back in night time self after interview as they really worried and its difficult for women to come in that time for interview and go back after 11:30
