I have been frequently harassed by so-called 'recruiters' from this company. English is clearly a second language for everybody there, and it's incredibly difficult to understand what anyone's saying. Once one of these recruiters has marked me out for a certain available position (usually for Bristol Meyers Squibb), it's not uncommon to receive 3-4 phone calls and LinkedIn messages from them per day. Finally I've had to block them and leave this review. I'm not sure if this company is a scam or what, but I can tell you that they're super unprofessional and they will harass you.

Thankfully I had checked the reviews on this. I received a phone call from them about a position I was interested in. Which normally is more than okay, when I picked up the phone I had extreme difficulty understanding the woman I was talking to between her thick accent and poor phone quality(it sounded like she was on the other side of the room with a mask on.) I received a few emails shortly after the call, a few for the job but one was an email from Facebook asking about a password change attempt. Could have been oddly timed but based on these other reviews I am glad that I turned down the possible position.

I received a call regarding a job I applied for via Indeed. I received a call back promptly, and then an additional handful of calls, asking me to provide additional details to experiences referenced in my resume. Then I received yet another call asking me to change my resume entirely. When I shared that I was not willing to do this, the recruiter asked me to explain this to her manager. This is a very unprofessional organization and I do not recommend entrusting them with your personal information.

I applied to a position in one state, they called the next day but the location and contact length had changed. They emailed me job details, which were totally different from both the posting and what they said over the phone. I called them out on it and they just ignored me.
They've called 7 times in 24 hours.

I began working for Sunrise almost two and half years ago and it has been a most pleasurable experience. The agency as a whole is very concerned about their clients before, during and after they are placed in their assignments by ensuring they find the best match for both the employer and employee(contractor). But one of the best things about Sunrise Systems Inc., is the Account Manager that I had the pleasure of working with since coming on board, over two years ago. This gentleman is no other than, Ray Santos. Ray is a very kind, honest, personable and tenacious manager that always tries to ensure that his clients are enjoying their experiences in their job placements. What I love most about Ray is that he is also a man of his word. Even when there where some issues involving company changes and Ray said he'd call me back or keep me informed and in the loop about everything going on that is exactly what he did. As contractor positions and experiences go, things are very good but Ray is definitely one of the important links that holds everything together and makes contractors feel that they are valued, appreciated and have someone to discuss their concerns with only to get an honest answer and any help he can give back in return. Because of the relationship I have had with Ray, he is the person I have also suggested for friends that needed a contractor position to contact. In fact, he has helped a couple of them get placements within Sunrise as well. Ray has definitely made my experience at Sunrise a great one which is why I will continue to recommend Sunrise and Ray Santos in particular, as the Account Manager you want in your corner representing you as a potential contractor!

I especially appreciate the work Sandy B. did for me. She got me the interview and followed up with the client the same day. They pay on a reliable schedule and Sandy has always replied quickly if I have a question. That's all I need from an agency. So, I have no complaints.
