I took my 14.5 year old iMac 27-inch to have it repaired after the hard drive failed. I had expected it to fail due to continuous issues I experienced over several months. I was surprised it lasted that long. Sam, the technician, worked very hard on it. He called me with frequent updates as he was transferring data to the new two terabyte SSD. The cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend them. They repair many other electronics besides computers.

I dropped my laptop on pavement and thought I had lost all the files on my desktop. SysQuick recovered my files and set me up on a new laptop in 24 hours or so, even helping me transfer all the software over. I had a great experience with this place and highly recommend the individual I worked with (Sam).

I had a great experience with SysQuick! Erica and Sam helped me to restore an old game console and transfer some vhs tapes into dvds. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and there was a quick turnaround time.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND SYSQUICK!!! They were very professional, friendly, helpful and fast. They fixed my HP laptop battery and had it back in less than 24 hours, I just had to wait for the battery to get delivered. If I need anything in the future I will def. be back and will recommend anyone to go to them. Thank you for everything!!

Heard about this place from a microcenter employee when I tried to get my controllers fixed for stick drift. I was a little skeptical at first but when I walked in I was greeted very nicely by the lady in the front desk. She was very nice and seemed knowledgeable about my controller problem. made me aware that it would be about a two week turnaround. They got them to me within that time frame and the controllers are working great! Thanks Mike for taking care of my controllers. I will definitely be spreading the word.

This computer repair shop is excellent! Daequan, Sam, and Erica had my laptop up and running over night with a fresh windows installation after I ran into troubles installing a new SSD.

The team was very knowledgeable and quick to find a solution. I will be trusting them again if I run into any more computer problems.

I took an angry SSD (a KingFast POS ) that refused to give up data files.
Took the drive to SysQuick on Harford Rd. Erika. Very nice lady, took the drive into the shop. Within a few minutes, Sam walked up to the counter informing me he was highly confident he could recover my files. Said it may take till Thursday to finish. No problem, I expected much longer.
Thursday 1:00 PM Sam called that everything went well. Upon arrival, Sam took the time to explain in detail what went wrong and what the remedy was. Everything I needed was recovered and written to a new drive I supplied.
Very Happy with the Courteous, Efficient, and professional service. Oh, the cost is very reasonable too.
A top tier business that I highly recommend.
Will be my go to shop for issues I can't handle on my own
