One of the worst groups on campus. Transportation website and parking permit process are counterintuitive. Parking officers are rude. When you call the office, no one picks up.

Made us resupply valid ER hospital note appeal evidence 3 times staying they did not receive it. My husband is also a grad student and they gave him a ticket for our car on a day we weren't even in town over Christmas break. It's blocking his registration and it's literally just a made up ticket they put on his account to squeeze money out of him for absolutely nothing. It's pathetic how little they care about students and a literal scam to put a citation on his account for parking without a pass from a day we were not even in the city.

I have never had a good interaction with the parking officers. They all have major attitudes and an authority problem. It's not that hard to be polite. The students here are not degenerates and are willing to listen to those who treat them with respect. Must all be failed cops.

Very unhelpful and biased against students. It feels like a scam having to pay for a parking citation after you know they rejected the appeal and did not give you a warning because they care more about the money than your financial situation. You'd expect this from a call center on the other side of the world and not from your own institution. TAMU needs to do better.

If I could rate this as a zero I would. A small bus came by the pick up the last few students at RELLIS campus. However the bus got filled up at the stop. The driver called dispatch to ask if he could skip the rest of the route to bring us back to campus, but dispatch "wanted the route to be shown as complete in the GPS system.". So the driver had to kick us off the bus and wait another 30 minutes for the next bus IN A TORNADO WARNING! (Also RELLIS was locked at this time). Time and time again Texas A&M transportation shows that it doesn't care about the time or safety of their customers.

So we already pay thousands of dollars to even go to the school/are employed by the school and still have to pay now $57.50 for a parking violation? Greedy people taking from people just trying to do necessary day to day activities. If I could give this department of campus 0 stars I would but unfortunately you have to get 1 star.

Mr. Brandon, was really outstanding with his Customer Service. He answered the phone on the first ring and with a nice Howdy, greeted me. He was able to answer all my questions and he was very patient and accommodating. God Bless all the hard working staff at the Transportation office. Moving 70,000, aggies and their families around daily can not be an easy task.

This department constantly insists on scamming students and faculty alike for the simple necessity to attend their respective studies and jobs. They are unreasonable and refuse to use common sense. They only recognize the 6 Aggie core values for their ability to appear righteous on a banner.
