The man loves sewing machines. It's wall to wall sewing machines inside. He had the parts I needed for an older Singer on hand.

His shop can be a little warm and stuffy. I would go before noon.

Had an excellent experience with John. I took in 2 machines for service. One was a very old Kenmore that I had purchased in 1979. I have not used it in over 20 years. John instantly inspected the motor and showed me that a gear was cracked and informed me that it would not be worth the money to service the machine. I appreciated his honesty and integrity. He serviced my other, newer machine and I was very happy with his work and knowledge about all types of sewing machines.

I was more than impressed and grateful for the wonderful work this man does. I took my vintage Bernina Record for maintenance and he made it sing like it just stepped out of the assembly room! He also took his time and gave me a detailed explanation of how to properly use my vintage Bernina. I would give him more stars if I could.

This is the BEST place for service or repair in Fresno - John is extremely knowledgeable and honest with an old school work ethic. He warranties his work and his prices are budget friendly and I highly recommend him.

I had a very good experience. The price for servicing my machine was inexpensive, and it was done very quickly. The man who owns this shop is very passionate about sewing machines and I will definitely be back when I need my machine serviced again.

I bought a used machine yesterday at the Salvation Army and it needed some parts and I wasn't sure if the machine was in good working order. Saw the reviews on here for US Sewing so I took the machine in and met John the owner. He gave the old Singer a good looking over, told me how much it was going to cost for service and how long it would take to get done. His service fees were more than reasonable but I needed to get a project done before I left town which I explained to John. He quickly got the missing parts, repaired a backwards tension adjuster and then even showed me how to use the machine correctly and confirmed it worked! This was old school customer service folks. John went above and beyond to help me. He will forever have my business.
