GREAT experience with Abe and the his team, including the tech support folks that got me up & running fast. I would leave a 5 star but the driver of the shipping company they used was having a bad day. A really bad day. Otherwise I couldn't possibly be happier!

Never again will I purchase through vending concepts. The experience was so awful, we filed a complaint with the BBB to ensure others should be weary. Our “thoroughly tested” machine that cost over 6k, started breaking down 5-6weeks after delivery. When you ask for them to fix it, they send you a slew of you tubes videos and tell you to try 50 million things before simply sending someone out as we asked! We paid $500 for a warranty to whoever they partner with who simply send a vending concepts employee who had no idea why he was even there. He damaged the machine even more and we had to shut it down for 3 days because he had a family emergency and couldn't come back. Totally understandable but when they offered to refund the $150 service call for their miscommunication with the tech and our loss of business, they retracted it unless we closed our BBB complaint. We did not. This company is in my opinion is super shady and very dishonest is their representation of their products. Don’t buy from them unless you know how to fix your own machine and don't mind overpaying for junk.

Looks like someone here is very rude and doesn't care about being professional. Lots of unsatisfied customers dealing with vending concepts. Looks at all their negative reviews before purchasing! Highly recommend going elsewhere! Not going to recommend any place in particular since Vending Concepts will say I'm a competitor. Just join a Facebook vending group and ask vendors for suggestions where to buy online. Ask them about Vending concepts and hear what they say as well. Don't just take my word for it.

I purchased a machine and it arrived damaged. They told me it is only cosmetic damage. The machine I purchased was the different that the photo I was shown. The door does not seal well and i was told a replacement would be sent. It never arrived and they stopped communicating. Bill collector only accepts $1. I was told it accepts $1 and $5. With a lot of machines for sale, I would recommend to go elsewhere and try a company that is more trustworthy.
